Yes there are conversions available but your talking a few grand. Best bet is to buy an imported car which is already left hand drive. The good side of these cars are that there pretty cheap as not many people want them. The bad side which is the reason people don't want them is that it's dangerous as hell when you try to overtake. Many countries drive on the other side of the road hence the reason for the production of left hand side cars. Hope it helps!
