When is the best time to change car to avoid expensive maintanance?How often do you change your car?
The answer is: it depends. But the question suggests you want to save money. If you want to save money, don’t change your car and do the maintenance. If that seems painful, here’s another suggestion: figure out the monthly payment on a new car you’d like to buy. Then divide that monthly payment by your mechanic’s quoted cost for repairs on your current car. You’ll probably be surprised at how few car payments that repair bill would cover!How often do you change your car?

Well, first, I would recommend that you do extensive research on the car you're about to purchase and buy a carfax report to assure yourself that you can avoid expensive maintenance on your vehicle. Keep in mind though, ALL cars require maintenance at some point in their life. You wouldn't want to buy a new car each time a problem arises with your current vehicle. Well unless, you're wealthy...
