Very easy. Just remove the plastic trims (usually small screws) and pull the tubber off. It is only spring pressed on. Try the boot first, its the same but does not have the plastic trim to be removed.

piece of cake...pull the old one off and punch the new on on by hand...somtimes the floor plastic sils have to be prised up to aid fitting..somtimes the 2 ends where they meet are glued.
